Steph says that if there is such a thing as love at first sight, her first encounter with Brendan was as close as it gets. Layer on the fact that it was also St. Patrick's Day and their love story becomes even richer. Steph was just in town for the weekend and after the two met, they say time stood still, the day became a euphoric blur, they threw caution to the wind--all those electric components that can appear when one falls in love. Steph extended her time in NYC for a few days but days after she returned to Chicago, Brendan was on a plane to see her. It's such a great story, isn't it? But it gets even better. Three years later, all of those early-love elements are present in their relationship. Steph & Brendan look at each other with an expression that says holy moly, I am falling for you more and more right now. They nuzzled each other throughout their entire ceremony and we all watched in romantic awe. I have a feeling that decades from now, people will still ask them how long they've been dating.

Amanda & Luke wow me every time I see them. They have a connection that is so unspoken and magnetic, it's as if everyone else disappears when they lock into each other. Needless to say, their wedding was full of gorgeous emotions & tenderness that every guest was privileged to witness. It was raw and spectacular and stopped me in my tracks multiple times. Being in the presence of such palpable love really gets me. I adore these guys. :)
Amanda & Luke's wedding was Bee Green and they had one of my favorite eco-elements: the kegorator from their house that dispensed the delicious Moose Drool. Cheers to these two lovelies and green weddings! Much love.

Style Unveiled has a great new feature called Bride In the City. In these posts, local brides-to-be share their wedding planning process, ideas, tips & opinions. It's a great resource & so interesting. Check out Amanda's story and more of their engagement shots!
Amanda & Luke's photos are also over at Forget.Me.Knot.Weddings. Check out this site to find well edited, stylish inspiration suited for everyone. It's a new favorite of mine and written by this sweetheart, Megan, who styled her own wedding with grace & perfection.
Congratulations to Megan & Chris whose lovely wedding was featured on 100 Layer Cake this week! Megan & Chris crafted such an amazing, vintage & rustic wedding with dreamy details. It is a feast for the eyes.
