Liz & Doug asked me to photograph an exciting time in their lives: their engagement. I was so moved by their connection and the way they lock into each other with such a trusting surrender. Their wedding is this August in the quaint village of Woodside. Woodside seems a world away from San Francisco, even though it's only about half an hour. It's quiet, woodsy, slow-paced and full of charm. The ceremony will be inside the idyllic Woodside Village Church. It's a church I pass all the time and I've longed to photograph a wedding there. It's sweet, timeless and understated. Can't you just picture how stunning it will be--especially with the amount of love Liz & Doug have for each other? Ahhh. Amazing. I am so sad that I can't photograph their wedding, (schedules, schedules) but photographing these moments was such a beautiful experience. Thanks so much for sharing yourselves with me. You are gorgeous.
