Steph says that if there is such a thing as love at first sight, her first encounter with Brendan was as close as it gets. Layer on the fact that it was also St. Patrick's Day and their love story becomes even richer. Steph was just in town for the weekend and after the two met, they say time stood still, the day became a euphoric blur, they threw caution to the wind--all those electric components that can appear when one falls in love. Steph extended her time in NYC for a few days but days after she returned to Chicago, Brendan was on a plane to see her. It's such a great story, isn't it? But it gets even better.
